How does it work?

We offer a free 15 minute discovery call for  new clients. During this time you can get more information on our services, and we can discuss your travel planning needs in general. If you would like to continue we can proceed to researching and planning your trip. 

The planning stage includes preparing customized itineraries and possibly multiple destinations and quotes to compare.  When you are ready to book, the next step is payment and confirmation.

Do we charge a fee?

There is no charge for the initial discovery call.  A custom planning service may apply for new clients with complex itineraries,  starting at CAD150/couple or family.  For complex itineraries this upfront planning fee would apply whether you choose to book with us or not.  Depending on what your booking includes there may be additional ticket processing fees as well. We disclose all agency fees in our quotes so that you can decide before booking.

Can I use points to pay for my booking?

Yes – if your loyalty points program permits you to book through any channel for point redemption.  No – if your loyalty points program requires you to book directly through their company for point redemption.  If that is the case we can still help with our custom planning service, which you can use for information purposes when booking elsewhere.

Can I book just a flight?

We do not book airline tickets on their own, only as part of itineraries with hotels, tours, cruises or other arrangements.

I have my flight already. Can you book hotels?

Yes, we can book hotels, tours, cruises and certain other local arrangements – even your flight is already booked elsewhere.  We do not book transfers, trains or ferry tickets on their own.

Do you offer trip insurance?

Yes, we offer  trip insurance to protect your travel investment.  Our travel insurance partners include Global Allianz and Manulife Insurance with comprehensive options for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Baggage and Emergency Health Insurance coverage.

When will I get my tickets?

Tickets and other travel e-documents are usually sent by email within 14-30 days of travel dates.

What is TICO?

TICO is the Ontario organization that regulates all sellers of travel in the province.  Your travel investment is protected when booking with  a TICO regulated agency in Ontario.  More information here: https://www.tico.ca/
